Lauren and Miley

Daddy taught me how to go up the stairs holding on to the rail with just one hand!!! Mommy nearly had heart failure! Here I am showing her just how skilled I am at it! I even say "Step-up!" as I am making my journey! I even turned around half way up to give a little smile for the camera....again....making Mommy sweat!

I made it all the way to the top!! Mommy was right on my heels wishing I was not doing this!

And then I clap because I am so proud of myself!!! I love doing the stairs and have been going up them for quite a while....but using my hands on the steps too. This hand rail has opened up a whole new world for me!! Thanks Daddy.....Mommy thanks you too!!

I had a nice warm bath tonight and smell like a yummy little baby.....Mommy and I snuggled afterwards and she made me promise I would not give her heart failure like my sister sometimes does!! I did not make any promises though!!!

YIPPEE!!! I'm back! (hold on to your basketballs!) I love the play center and have more fun each time I get to go! I love the basketballs and will steal them from anybody! I do not quite get the "sharing" thing yet....when we arrived, I saw a little boy holding the ball I like, so I just went right over and took it from him! He pouted (such a boy...) and Mommy made me give it back! Hello.....you snooze you loose! Oh well....I got it later on when he found something else to do! At first I wanted no part of this Horse....but then, Daddy sat me on it and told me to "Rock"....that is one of my favorite words and I know exactly what that means! I took Daddy's advise and rocked....Wow....this really is fun!! I was quite proud of myself and my riding abilities!

Check out all of these "Sisters"!!! Just as we were getting ready to leave, Mommy spotted her friend Liz and her cuties....Evelyn and Aubrey! We were so excited that we finally got to meet Aubrey! She is one month older then Miley....I bet we are all going to have a lot of fun together when we get just a little older! Mommy works with Evelyn and Aubrey's Grandma so she gets to hear all of the fun stories about both of them! We know just how special they are!! Certainly they will make great friends for us one day!

Daddy....I love this one....just promise me you won't let go just yet!

Ahhh.....The Play Center.....great place for a girl to catch a little shut eye! A quick smile to let you know I am indeed having fun!.....then right back to sleep!

I have become quite intrigued with my Belly Button! If you ask me where it is....I am happy to show you! In fact....don't ask unless you want to show me yours too! Mommy thought this was cute and had me show her friend at the play center.....I was pretty irritated when she wouldn't show me hers back! I don't get it......I know she has one.....I found it one day when she was changing my diaper! It was amazing to me! I lifted her shirt right up and there it was! Incredible!!! Mommy was telling Daddy about it and guess what.....I found his too! What are these things.....seems like everyone has one.....I am going to see if Miley does too!

Today while Mommy was sorting through our clothes....I decided to try on a few of my old outfits that Mommy was getting out for Miley to wear..... I just cannot figure out why they do not fit.....

Mommy said I should not feel bad....her old clothes don't fit her either!

After I successfully "help" out.....I figured I would help sort through my toys too!

I was able to dump out most of them....I was pretty proud of myself for being such a great "helper!"

We have had such a busy week...tonight our entire family except Uncle Loyd....who had to work, came over to our house for dinner! I stayed up later then I usually do and before I went to bed, Daddy and I played silly games as Mommy rocked Miley....I was so tired but certainly nobody noticed! I cannot wait to start over again tomorrow!

Here I am giving "Aunt Care" lovies! She and I have a very special bond! When I arrived into this world, the doctor told Daddy that he could not cut the cord because it was wrapped around my neck very tight and my face was blue.....I was rushed over for oxygen immediately and out of fear, Mommy shouted "don't leave her alone".....and it was Aunt Care to the rescue! She was the first person by my side and she told my Mommy not to worry that she was with me! I felt her close to me and I knew everything was going to be OK because the presense of Love is a pretty amazing thing! I love to snuggle with her and when I get close to her cheek.....I open my mouth to give her kissy's! She is very special to me!!! I love her so much!! Mommy...why am I drueling all the time?

We ended up at Chuck E. Cheese again this week because Grandma and Aunt Care wanted to go! I enjoyed stealing everyones tickets from their machines.....Mommy taught me how to do that! heehee......

OK.....I've got my bib on....now where's my pizza?

Aunt Care went her own way for a while and we assumed she was in the ladies room.......NOT! She was racing cars! She was so into this game she had no idea that Mommy had taken several pictures of her! Mommy was laughing so hard because she was actually moving her entire body to the movement on the screen! Grandma even came looking for all of us to observe the speed racer in action! After she was done, she complained how hot it was in the pizza place......ahhhh......no Aunt Care....you just broke a sweat from racing! Sure hope you won!!

Mommy had flashbacks from when she was a kid......Aunt Care honestly has not changed!! She has always made everyone laugh! What a hoot!

I was so excited when I saw my Grandma arrive at the Play Center! This is the greeting I give her everytime I see her! I just cannot get to her fast enough!!! I was playing with my new friend Nora....she is the same age as me! And she has a brother the same age as Miley! Once Grandma arrived, I decided that all of the toys did not stand a chance with me anymore! I even cried when Grandma put me down.....so naturally Grandma picked me back up.........Mommy and Daddy just rolled their eyes.....haha.....

Come on Grandma! I'll show you the castle too!

Grandma....I think that one is for kids too....it doesn't necessarily go by height you know....and hey....aren't you in there by yourself? Mommy.....Grandma won't share the slide!

Take note of the little girl behind Lauren....she was hogging Lauren and Miley's Grandma....haha...she was anxiously waiting for Grandma to get her picture taken so they could go back to playing.....you see Grandma is still "in" the castle!

Ahhh.....Grandma.....we moved on to a different toy! Let's go! Just hop on the slide and call it a day will you?

I wasn't too sure about this one at first....but just as long as Daddy held on tight, I was ok with it...

This is my favorite though! I love this wagon and I cannot wait until Miley gets big enough to sit in here too!

One of our favorite places to go is Barnes and Noble! We usually spend a nice quiet evening looking at books and picking one out to add to our collection. Mommy reads to us every day but for the past month or so, Lauren decided that she prefers to read her own books...usually upside-down!

Me on the other hand......I love when Mommy does the reading and turning of the pages....it looks too hard to me!

Mommy is having a difficult time getting pictures of me lately! I have figured out that once she pushes the button, I see a bright orange light and then I know it is time for me to blink! My sister on the other hand....she is oblivious to it!

I really enjoy our family time and we have been getting a lot of it this week! Daddy has been home all week! YIPPEE!!!

Although I really love books, I also enjoy playing with the train set they have in the children's section. Grandpa....didn't you say Auntie Kaleigh has one of these that you kept? HMMMM.......

Who would think that such an innocent face like this could turn a nice little trip to Barnes and Noble into something far more exciting??

Ok doggy....you stay right there and I will pick out some friends for you to play withI cannot believe I am getting away with this!

Ahhh....success....I just emptied the entire bottom shelf!

Don't worry guys......I see some of your other friends on the second shelf! I will get them too....

Darn.....Mommy put an end to that! It is ok though....I played my "cute card" and my "learning card" at the same time.....I pointed at the owl and said "Whoo-Whoo"......I got away with it! Mommy picked out the monkey, duck, and sheep and I made all of their sounds too so I think I am doing good so far! ......Daddy is wondering why they haven't called security on us yet!
